Digital Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Nature Edition! As we specialise in digital media, including  ebooks, photo prints and worksheets, there are no physical products to ship. This policy outlines how you will receive your digital purchases.

 

Delivery Method:

  • All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive:

    • A download link directly on the order confirmation page.

    • An email containing a download link to your purchased files.

    • Access to your downloads through your account on our website (if applicable).

Delivery Time:

  • Digital products are typically available for download immediately after purchase.

  • In rare cases, there might be a slight delay due to system processing. If you do not receive your download link within 120  minutes, please contact us.

Download Instructions:

  • Click the provided download link.

  • Save the file(s) to your desired location on your device.

  • Ensure you have sufficient storage space and compatible software to access the downloaded files.

File Formats:

Download Access:

  • You will have access to download your purchased files only once as the download link is one-time use only.

  • After this time it is not guarenteed that the files will be downloadable.
